Inquiry: S63 Test Specifications

Hi!

I’m in the middle of re-taking the S63 and just reviewed NASAA’s outline test specs (https://www.nasaa.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/Series-63-Outline-June-2023.pdf). Under topic 7/section 4, I see a section called “Customer agreements” and it includes subheadings for “new accounts,” “margin” and “options.”

I’m curious as to what they mean by “customer agreements” here. Does this correspond with they Achievable’s outline on “Customer Agreements” (i.e. 5.2.4)?
