I really like the exams that have instant feedback and explanations. It looks like there’s one after each checkpoint, but that’s it. I need more of these practice exams with instant feedback. I think it’s a very important way to study.

If you go to the practice exams section on the left of the screen, scroll down until you get to the chapter/checkpoint you’d like to retake the practice exam for. Hit the arrow in the top right to give you the option to retake the test. It’ll randomize the questions. Hit the check box for instant feedback and you should be good to go… OR you can click Dashboard on the top left of the screen, and under study progress you can click the review button (with the numbers next to it) and you’ll then have the ability to have 10, 25, 50 or 100 questions. Hit the randomize questions button and it’ll give you questions from all of the chapters you’ve completed. You can also hit the filter button on the top right just before starting the review questions to only review desired topics.

Yep, exactly - and you can also toggle instant feedback on for most of them on the Practice Exams page.
That said, I would strongly encourage you to take most of your exams with instant feedback off. Simulating the real exam is important, and it’ll help you think more carefully and go through the questions more thoughtfully.

This is exactly what I did. For the full length practice exams I didn’t do a single one of them with instant feedback. Obviously the review questions are automatically set to instant feedback, and they are great to use AFTER taking a full length test for topics you didn’t score highly (enough) on.
One very good feature that helped me greatly was being able to flag certain questions/topics I was having issues with.
As someone who just took the SIE (this past Thursday), taking practice exams without the ‘safety net’ of instant feedback really does help you manage questions, stress and the time limit, because you don’t have that to help you out.
And I know you didn’t mention this, but the absolute most important piece of information I read about when preparing for and learning this material is to understand the concepts and not just memorize the questions and answers, as there is more than a good chance that the FINRA questions and answers will be worded entirely differently.
FINRA does a VERY good job of guarding their questions, and rightfully so. Even the practice exam on their own website was very different from the question bank I got on my exam.
You should get to the point where, for most (if not all questions), you should be able to explain to yourself why 3 of the answers don’t fit, and why the one does (presuming it’s a question that only has one correct answer… you get my drift).
Sorry, kind of went down a rabbit hole and wrote a novel, but I know that I read a ton of peoples experiences before I took this exam.
