I really need HELP!!! please. I don’t know where else to reach out, there are no help or contact options available on my dashboard, and this community seems to be the only way to connect with someone.
My SIE exam is in Monday morning, and I’m trying to start a new Full Exam, but it won’t generate. It just stays in “thinking” mode indefinitely with the message: “Please wait a moment while we prepare your exam. This banner will disappear once it’s ready.”
I’ve tried everything:
- Multiple browsers
- Both desktop and mobile
- Restarting devices
- Clearing cache
- Even switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data
Nothing works, and everything else online is working fine, including this community post!
This seems like an issue with your platform or something tied to my account. I don’t have time to waste dealing with tech problems so close to my exam. Please please PLEASE someone help resolve this ASAP or escalate it to your tech team.
