I am curious as I browse reddit and many sources. What chapters in the achievable material are under RR (Registered Representatives). What they can and cannot do.

You’ll find information about Registered Representatives in Section 15.4.6: Registered Representative Rules of the Achievable material.
You can also use the textbook’s universal search feature—just type in “Registered Representative” to quickly pull up all relevant sections.
