Can I skip the key points at the end of each chapter? Would that have an effect on how well I do on the exam? I’m just trying to finish a little quicker because I’ve already spent more time than I wanted studying for the series 66. Thanks
HI @Darrin_Hodkiewicz. The key points at the end of each chapter are helpful to read as they reinforce and summarize the main concepts you’ve just read. Skipping them will save time, but it will cause you to miss that brief reinforcement before taking the quiz. If you’re confident in your understanding, you’ll likely be fine! If you find that you are struggling with the quizzes or retaining information, I suggest reading the key points as well. Ultimately, it’s up to you, but reviewing the key points may be helpful if you notice areas of weakness in your quiz performance.
I found that the key points worked well when I transferred the information to index cards while making my own flashcards for study purposes. I did this for life, health, and SIE prep, and I keep the cards in my desk.
