Just starting out, (apparently already behind :/, but have put in Many hours). Have no background in finance or economics, just trying to see if this path is something I can do… Doing Lots of practice questions, (trying not to memorize answers), but the questions rotate pretty quick and become repetitive..
Just started Preferred Stocks, (they’re making my head spin)- going to try again tomorrow (will get further behind)- wish me luck!
Hi @Harriet_Christiansen, you’re off to a great start! If you find yourself getting behind, you can always update your study plan, and it will automatically redistribute the remaining tasks across your available study time.
Everyone learns at a different pace, especially when they’re coming into finance with no prior background. It’s completely okay to slow down or even push your exam date back if needed.
Often these concepts make much more sense the second time you encounter them. The fact that you’re putting in the hours and focusing on understanding the material rather than memorizing answers is exactly the right approach.
You got this!
Best,
Mataia
