Series 9 practice exam correction?

I think this answer is incorrect. A CTR must be filed on 10k OR MORE - not “exceeding 10k” right? Just looking for clarification. The answer should be I and III?

Hi @bbeebe, CTRs must be filed if the amount is above $10k; they do not need to be filed for exactly $10k.
