Can anyone provide some advice on how to go about preparing for the last few days? I am scoring mid 70 to high 70s on the practice exams but the most recent score was 87%. I really want to pass on the first try.
Hi @Margie_Bode,
You’re really close to being ready, and that 87% score is a great sign that your hard work is paying off. In these final days before your exam, try taking a few full-length practice exams in test mode, not instant feedback mode, to simulate the real testing experience. Time yourself and go through the entire exam just as you would on test day.
Before your next practice test, focus on reviewing your weaker areas in depth. Start with corporate debt, then move on to taxes, the secondary market, and retirement and education plans. Revisit these sections in the course and make sure you understand the concepts thoroughly, not just the correct answers. Try understanding the “why” behind each question,
Aim to complete at least five practice exams in real-test conditions and scoring consistently in the mid-80s or higher. This consistency will help you walk into the exam feeling confident and well-prepared. After each exam, take time to review not just your incorrect answers but also the ones you got right by guessing. A focused, reflective approach in these last few days can make all the difference.
You’ve got this!
Best,
Mataia
