Hi, I had to take a break from studying in order to finish school and have a new scheduled test date. Is it possible to get my progress reset?
Hi @Lyle_Borer, if eligible, you can reset your course by selecting the “Support” tab in the left-hand menu and selecting “Reset Course Progress” on the bottom right side of the page. Please see the screenshot for reference, and let us know if you need any help.
You can also pick a new test date using the Study Plan on your main dashboard. Any incomplete tasks will be redistributed based on the new timeline.
