I notice the words “hard question” at the top of a quiz question. Is this a new feature or possibly I am not very observant. I am curious how your assessment of a hard question might compare to the actual Exam.

This is indeed a new feature - we’re always continuously improving Achievable 
The “hard question” tag is based on the average observed performance of our learners, i.e., what percentage of people answered the question correctly. Since FINRA/NASAA don’t share their data, there’s no way to know what they would consider hard, but if many people answer a question incorrectly, it’s a signal that it might require some additional focus.
Much of the difficulty of these exams comes down to the wording, so in addition to teaching the content, we want to train people to read carefully and identify key information!
