On my report sheet of my saddening Fail, I did poorly on Section 1 (Seeks Business for the broker-dealer from customers and potential) 2 ( Opens Accounts after obtaining and evaluating customers’ Financial information) and 4 (Obtains and verifies customers’’ instructions; Confirms transactions), I actually did quite well in 3 which is the dominant part of the test and now I just feel the need to focus on the remaining parts that I just wasn’t prepared for where would I go to see what sections I should study in order for my next attempt? Cause I got very poorly on all of them and suspect that is one of my main reason of failure.
Sidenote: I noticed people can reset exams progression is it possible for someone to reset them all for me?
The SIE exam categories are quite broad and don’t always give clear guidance on what specific content to study. That’s why it’s best to follow your Achievable study report, which breaks the material into manageable, bite-sized chapters.
From your exam summary, I can see that Corporate Debt and Suitability were your lowest-scoring areas. These are excellent places to focus, since they overlap with the sections you mentioned struggling with (opening accounts, customer instructions, and business-seeking tasks). Many exam topics reinforce each other across multiple test sections, so improving in your weak areas will give you a broader boost than you might expect.
Regarding your progress reset: I can reset your program if you’d like, but please note that this will erase your exam summary and practice test history. If you’re sure, just confirm, and I’ll reset it for you.
