Exam Readiness Stuck at 60% – Looking for Clarification

Hi everyone,

I’m currently preparing for the SIE exam and have a question regarding the readiness score on Achievable.

Despite having completed the entire textbook and steadily working through the chapter practice exams, my readiness score seems to be stuck at 60%.

Just to clarify: I haven’t started the full-length practice exams yet — I’ve only been doing the individual chapter exams.

Is this normal? Does the readiness score only start increasing significantly after completing the full exams? Or is there something else I should be doing to help boost that percentage?

Appreciate any insights or advice from those who’ve been through this process!

Thank you!
Wilson F.

Hi @Wilson_Figueira,

You’re doing great!

What you’re seeing is completely normal. In the Achievable program, the final exams carry the most weight in calculating your readiness score because they closely reflect the real SIE exam and help gauge your overall preparedness.

Even if you’ve completed the textbook and chapter reviews, your readiness score might stay relatively flat until you start taking and scoring well on those full-length practice exams. Once you complete a couple and perform strongly, you should see a significant jump in your readiness score.

Hope this helps - let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,
Mataia

Hi Mataia,

Thank you so much for your prompt and helpful response — that makes perfect sense!

Thanks again for your attention.

Best regards,
