Ask/bid: is this a typo?

When a market marker publishes a quote, they establish the prices at which they’re willing to trade with the public. The bid ($36.99) is the price at which the market maker buys and customers sell. The ask ($37.05) is the price at which the market maker sells and customers buy. The size of the market (8 x 7) means there are 800 shares available at the bid and 600 shares available at the ask.

8 x 7 800 x 600?

Thanks guys

Yes - this should be 800 x 700 (not 600). Can you point out where you came across this?
