I’ve taken several practice exams w no problem, but today I am unable to open. I click and nothing happens. Not having the same problem with quizzes or reviewing prior exams, just with taking a new exam.

Hi @Peggy_Frami! We’re careful to protect the privacy of our users, so by default we assign everyone a random fake name and profile image. There’s a blurb on our How to use Achievable page that mentions this.
It took me a few minutes to figure out what was happening, but it looks like there is a strange issue where only the left half of the “Start practice exam” button is clickable. I’ll prioritize a fix for this, but in the meantime, just click on the left side of the button and you should be good to go! Edit: This is fixed!
