Would it be possible to add the Textbook link to full exams, similar to how it appears on the review quizzes?

Thanks for the suggestion - we do intend to add this!
Review questions tend to be linked to a single topic, so it’s straightforward. In contrast, exam topics typically spam multiple topics, requiring a more complex data structure and UX for presenting the areas for additional review. We’re thinking about the best way to do this!
