Scratch Paper or white boards

I thought I read in Achievable that “scratch paper” is on the computer only but my test center’s site says I’ll be provided a white board. Can someone clarify? I don’t think I’ll do as well with a virtual scratch paper situation.

Hi @Fred_Jones, I believe the test centers have some limited authority over the type of scratch paper they provide. There is a scratchpad built into the testing software, and from what we hear, most test centers also provide you with a piece of laminated white paper and a soft erasable marker. Calling it a whiteboard is pretty generous; it’s more like a piece of flimsy plastic. Check the marker when you get it, as sometimes the tips are pretty worn out, making it hard to write.

If this is important to you, it would be best to call them and confirm with them directly.
