is there any way I can print the pages so that I can physically write notes on the pages?

We really want folks to use the course online since it offers a richer experience.
We don’t have any plans to support a full printable version, but it shouldn’t be too difficult for us to support printing single textbook pages. I’ve added this to our task tracker to see if we can do something quick to help you out here - I’ll follow up in this thread once we’ve looked into it.
I’ve just pushed some changes that greatly improve the display of the textbook when printed. Enjoy!
