I have to take the SIE, 6, 63 and 65

In what order would you take them and why?

The SIE is the place to start; it covers the fundamentals of many topics and is meant to lay the foundation for other exams. Regardless of the order of the others, you should absolutely start with the SIE.

From there, the S6 is probably the best next course. Many of the concepts are the same as the SIE, but it goes deeper and builds on the information you’ve learned.

Next, I would suggest going for the S65. It will build further on the material you’ve learned. The focus is on investment advisors and giving advice for a fee, and it introduces some of the laws and regulations.

Lastly, the S63 is all about laws and regulations. The content on the S63 is more distinct, but having gone through the other courses, you’ll have more context for why some of the rules are the way they are and what they cover.
