Finding Finance Job Without Degree?

I did not finish college. I dropped out and worked at an Insurance company doing sales for almost 3 years. I have my SIE, about to get my 63. Will I struggle to find a job without having a degree?

Working at the insurance company sounds like a relevant experience that will make you a more compelling candidate!

Iā€™d also recommend you look at the larger financial firms (e.g. household names like Chase, Fidelity, Schwab) since they often hire people with less traditional backgrounds.
