I thought the third market was listed securities trading OTC, not on exchanges?

You are correct - it should be:
Third market: listed stocks trading OTC
I was actually looking at this yesterday, and I believe I have already corrected it… I think that the old version might have just been stored locally for you and the next time you take the quiz you should see the updated version.
Btw - thanks for including the screenshot in your post. If you see anything else in the future, could you please also include the question ID code in the top right of the screen? That will help me look up the specific piece of content and ensure that it’s correct.
I have seen that when taking my quizzes a couple different times… but hopefully it does update!
