As i’m doing the post-reading quizzes, should I keep the original score so that the algorithm can best detect my growing edges? When I first started, I went back through the quizzes to re-attempt and of course, got the right answers but I had stopped doing that. Is there a recommended way to go through the full course?

Hi! Generally, we recommend you follow the study schedule to get the most benefit from the course. You can certainly reattempt the quizzes and retake practice exams, and it’ll emphasize your most recent score, but it won’t mess up the system.
