Practice question says max sales charge with 12b1 fees. I answered 8.5%bc question didn’t state fund was charging max 12b-1 but quiz marked wrong and said 7.25% which is only used for max 12b1 am I missing something?

You’re absolutely right. The maximum sales charge is typically 8.5%, but it’s reduced to 7.25% if the maximum sales charge is assessed. To make the question more clear, we’ll update the language in the question to: ‘Maximum sales charge for funds charging the maximum 12b-1 fee:’
