I can’t get my practice exam to load. It is stuck in the “preparing” stage.
Hi @Kenneth_Flatley, I apologize for the issue. I’ve just deleted the stuck exam; you should be able to create a new one now.
I believe we have resolved the root issue of this now, but if you an exam is stuck in the creating phase for more than a minute or two, you can just back out of it and mark it as “discarded” and then create a new one to continue studying.

I’m having a problem with my SIE Full Exam practice as well. When I click through each question it shows all answers as completed, however it has 48 of the questions marked as incorrect because they weren’t recorded. This visual error appears to be impacting my scores for how well I comprehend each chapter concept as well. Please help! Thank you 
In our test run, we had only five seconds of downtime total, and we were expecting the same for the live run. We expected our live run to go as smoothly as the test, but we still decided to conduct the upgrade today during the holiday to minimize risk, as very few people are studying.
The upgrade today went smoothly but had unexpected follow-on effects for about an hour. The site was online for the vast majority of that time, but there were a few rolling outages throughout, including an issue where some questions were scored, but others were not. I sincerely apologize, but there isn’t any way for us to recover your answers to those questions and rescore the exam.
It’s not a perfect solution, but we can delete these half-scored questions from your most recent exam from your account entirely so your score history is accurate. Would you like us to do so?
We again apologize for the issue, and next time we will conduct a full scheduled downtime with notice, even if we only expect it to take a few seconds.
