Anti-dilution adjustments for stock dividends

Hi…I’m not sure if this is a typo…In your example…shouldn’t it state “The issue performs a 25% stock dividend” since it’s pertaining to stock dividend factor vs. stock split factor? Within the answer breakdown it mentioned that the issuer performed at 25% stock dividend…
